According to a new study, more refugees have been getting the chances of getting jobs in Germany through Integration and German language courses.

Almost 50% of refugees who have come to Germany since 2013 could find steady employment within 5 years of arriving, revealed IAB on Tuesday. Although, gender imbalance and the quality of employment still need progression.

According to the Institute for Labor Market and Vocational Research (IAB), the new statistics show faster integration into the labor market for refugees than the last five years.

It said, “This means that labor market integration is somewhat faster than for refugees from previous years.”

Researchers at IBA, Herbert Brücker, Yuliya Kosyakova, and Eric Schuß said: “Since 2015, considerably more has been invested in language and other integration programs for asylum seekers and recognized refugees.”
